Bebe Cool, the CEO of Gagamel Entertainment, was so
irritated by TV anchor Flavia Namulindwa that he contacted media house
executives to have her dismissed.
Namulindwa, who is currently located in the United
States, claims she had just started as an intern at the Vision Group TV station
when Bebe Cool arrived.
She claims she was chosen to fill in for Miles Rwamiti,
who was ill at the time. Her boss, Hajjat Hadijah Nabukenya, liked her and
provided her the opportunity to perform on the show. One of the pieces Namulidwa
did was on Bebe Cool and the developing crisis inside Gagamel.
She had known Eighton Sente, one of the Kiwoko Boys duo,
who had directly informed her that he was quitting Gagamel.
The 'Mbozi Za Mwalwa' singer was enraged when she
revealed the news.

"Bebe Cool called Kabushenga (then CEO of Vision
Group)." "He even came down to Bukedde and demanded that I be fired
for spreading false rumors," Namulidwa explained on her YouTube channel.
"Fortunately, my boss, Hajjat Hadija Nabukenya, was
not the type to be pressured into firing employees, so she defended me."
Besides, I had all the evidence to back up my story, which I presented to them,
and Bebe Cool backed down."
Namulindwa and the Gagamel Entertainment chairman
eventually became close friends, and he became very supportive of her
profession.
Bebe Cool was one of her first clients when she formed
her own dance group, "Dance & Beats Cultural Group," as a side
venture, she adds, employing her dancers to feature on his 2016 song
"Kabulengane."
Namulindwa had become a household name by the time she
retired from Bukedde TV in 2020, thanks to several of her cherished shows on
the channel, including "Oluyimba lwo," "Ekyenkya," and
"Full Doze."
