Due to
so much poverty and luck of what to do people have tried all means of looking
for ways of getting money. In Lukaya Town which is alongside masaka road ,
people became suspicious when they saw someone (Known as Kizza Kiggundu) who
looked fishy amongst them but the people around Lukaya claim he has been doing
Pedicure and Manicure and also a musician as his daily job.
This man starts his journey from his
home every morning dressed in a gomesi (one of Ugandan Dress code for ladies)
to look for money but as we type this he was arrested and placed in the police
cell in Lukaya. This came when the residents were looking for people they claim
are messing up their families in the different lodges around Lukaya then they
found this guy. He is currently being detained in the police custody and will
be charged accordingly.
