After a while, Lilian Mbabazi and Weasel Manizo performed
on the same platform on Tuesday evening during the Uganda National Musicians
Federation (UNMF) jam sessions.
In late June 2023, UNMF president Eddy Kenzo announced
the jam sessions, which would bring artists and fans together to perform and
catch up.
The jam sessions, according to Kenzo, were designed to
"create memorable moments among musicians, build confidence, and
natured" them.
The sessions began and have since become a gathering
place for many musicians who would otherwise be unable to assemble in other
public venues.Kenzo must have been overjoyed yesterday after Weasel Manizo made
an appearance at the Mutundwe jam session.
He also took the stage with his old friend Lilian
Mbabazi, whom he had not seen in public in a long time, according to sources.
They exchanged pleasantries before performing their song
Vitamin in front of other celebs and the media.
"I am overjoyed to see my brother today,
Weasel." This is my younger brother. I'm overjoyed to see you, Weasel.
"You are always welcome here, and I adore you," Lilian Mbabazi
stated.
She then revealed how she and Radio and Weasel created
two smash songs in one day, Where You Are and Bread And Butter.
