To set the scene, Dr. Cephco first rose to stardom in 2022 through a partnership with Yvone Nakankaka, another TikToker, in a live video on TikTok that outraged the internet with its graphic content.
Sharing graphic images or videos could result in accusations of offensive speech under the 2010 Computer Misuse Act. Those who appear in such content may be accused of pornography, which might result in fines of Sh10 million, ten years in prison, or both, depending on the circumstances.
