Christal King is one of the most inspiring artists in East Africa and his music has power to change lives. He is a true social entrepreneur and a humble being with a gift of a golden heart and a desire to help others in his community.

His story as a social entrepreneur started way back in 2009 when he was recruited to join a social entrepreneurship UK based organization operating in Uganda, known as the Butterfly Project. At the age of 17 he started a charity project called Slum Run Uganda and he has helped a number of slum children to stay in school by providing them with school fees when they participate in the Slum Run event.

While others in his age spend their time in bars and night clubs Christal King knows that there’s more to life than drinking and partying all the time therefore he spends most his time at the Worship house, praying and giving thanks to God and he is keen to share with others his music about Africa and the journey of Jesus Christ.

Christal King also believes in unity and one Love for humanity. He thinks that unity gives freedom and makes us win. If we all work together we can win together. Individually we are like one drop but together in unity we are like an ocean. In this world you will meet different people, but what is most interesting is that every different person you met knows something that you don't hence by understanding each other we as the human race can learn from each other for a better world.
