Kabandize Eliphaz also known for stage names 'LPD Elpse K' was born on 5th may 1998 in Kyebamba village, Lyakajjula Sub-county in Lyantonde district. 

He attended Kitahira primary school and Cleveland junior Academy for his nursery and primary studies respectively. He later joined Lwebitakuli Bright SSS for his 'O' level and Alliance SSS Ibanda for his 'A' level.

He is currently pursuing a BSA in fisheries and water resource management at Busitema University.

He started his music career by miming at school and when he met with Busoga's sensation singing audio producer Romeo beats he recorded his first ever single entitled 'Kankimugambe' under Leopard music a new music record label where he is acting as the CEO. He was inspired by Uganda's celebrated all time music icon Jose Chameleon.
