Linus
is a sensational Ugandan recording artist genring into Afro-Urban and Dancehall
music. Due to his versatility he also has a taste of Rap with which he executes
great lyrics to bring out the best music you don’t want to miss.
Linus
originally named LINUS RWAGUMA was born in Mitooma but grew up in
Kampala-Kabowa with his parents. He went to White Angels Nursery and Primary
school Masajja for his lower primary. Later joined St.Mukasa Seminary Mushanga
for his Upper primary. Kitabi Seminary for his fresh year in high school and
then join St. Charles Lwanga Kitabi Vocational for both his UCE and UACE.
His
musical journey started initially in 2013 while at Kitabi Seminary where he
wrote his first song. He later went to studio while at St. Charles in 2017
during his Form 5 and recorded his first song. His stage name at the time was
"Linz Hyper UG". In 2019, he decided to rebrand to the current stage
name "LINUS" with which he is making great and trending music.
He is
looking forward to becoming the best Recording artist in Uganda.
