The Truth about Papo Rhymes his real name is Ssali Shadiru was born on 27th July 1999 son of Hajji Ssali Abbasi and miss Sarah Barekye ssali he grew up from kawempe- Lugoba in a middle class family of 4boys & he was the third born. Once dreamed of being a movie star where he was diverted by his elder brothers who loved music so much.
He studied at Aunt Milly p/s in (kazo-bwaise) which brain washed him & got to discover his talent through stage performance, miming, prom parties which helped him to uplift his talent & gave him more confidence in 2012 he completed his p.7 &.
He joined Kinaawa high school - Kawempe in his home town where he completed his S.4 from.
At age of 16years he
started writing his own songs like waka, Ghetto child, biku (bed burgs) which
was loved by many hence nick named him Mr. kiku ."Note" due to his
good release, half of his first album was sold to badman records ie songs like
biku, waka
.He joined Old Kampala senior secondary school we're he
completed his O level (s.6) from & later joined Makerere University. In
2019 He recorded his second Album called big dreams which consisted 15songs
like fujjo, am in love, dance with me.
On addition he was given more advise by music professions to try solo were he upgrade to Esom school of music .
