Star Habiibz (Finest Icon)

Mwesigye Habibu better known as Star Habiibz (Finest Icon)  is a Ugandan hip hop artist song-writer events mc film actor and maker raised in Kampala capital city of Uganda.

Star Habiibz acts with Zubair Family an award winning Film Company in Uganda and he acted in movies like ‘’Ndi mulokore (I’m a Born Again) and Kamu kamu a current TV series on BBS TV Uganda among others.

Star is a solo musician who made his musical debut in 2017 with a single ‘’Mbahi booty’’ after he released a collabo titled ‘’Ekibaala’’ featuring Famous Ug.

He has also released trucks like Zero To Hero, Knowing You (A Makerere University All-stars), Books Never Lie among other songs. 

He is the brand ambassador of Hunger Fighters Uganda (HFU) an NGO fighting hunger among vulnerable locals in Uganda.

A student of Makerere University pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Social sciences (Psychology, Sociology) and he was also the Information minister of E.African Community students at Makerere University in 2016 (MUEACSA) and he wrote  ‘’Knowing You’’ a farewell song dedicated to Makerere University graduants from 2015-17.

Habiibz is also the C.E.O of ‘’Yalabana’’ literally meaning ‘’Oh my God’’ a project aimed at inspiring & educating the public especially the vulnerable community about their human rights through entertainment.

Though a star is humbled with a cocktail of lyrical rhymes & prophetic poetry that heal a fragile heart.
