Tsac Omunnaragga whose real names are Muluuta Joel is a Ugandan song writer and dancehall artist born on 04^th April 1994 in Jinja District Iganga town.

Tsac started his music career in Busoga Eastern region of Uganda Iganga town where he grew up from though he is currently living in Uganda’s capital city Kampala.

Playing volleyball is his most loved hobby and he is also a God fearing person.
